Overview
AFI’s manufacturing scenario will be presented followed by expert-led dialogue and discussion on industrialisation as a critical pathway offering the potential to drive economic development and improve the livelihoods of Africa’s people. This can be brought about by transforming the productive structure of African economies that unlock more rapid advancement. Manufacturing promotes innovation, productivity, and product design and development, which act as key inputs and as an avenue to build trade and drive further export-led growth.
This seminar is co-hosted by AUDA-NEPAD and the Institute for Security Studies (ISS).
